Walking in, sitting in assigned seat, doing what I need to do.
Walk silently to the line.
How should you get a pencil and sharpen it?
Walk to the pencil cup silently, grab pencil, check if it needs sharpened, sharpen it quickly, go sit back down.
How many verbal warnings will I give you if I see something that is not right?

What should you be doing during class that shows you are actively engaged (on-task)?
Asking questions, being involved in discussions, completing work.
What is always at the front of the room for you to read when you come in the room or when we finish a lesson?

Get up and walk to the tissue box closest to you, silently do what you need to do, make sure you throw it away in the TRASH, and go sit back down.

Read the board and gather needed supplies.

5 = lunch detention

20 = conference with admin, teachers, and guardians

Yourself and learning
What should you do if you need a pencil, band-aid, or a tissue during class?
Get up silently, head to that area without bothering others, keep to your self, get what you need, and go right back.

Use them with care, do not purposely break them, do not throw them. Put them back where they need to go.

By yourself, no talking, no chrome book. Work if given or reading a book.
What are some big no nos in our class while learning?
Shouting out, hands on others, taking their things, throwing items, and being disruptive to other's learning.
What should you do if someone is bothering you and I haven't noticed?
Silently raise your hand, come up if I'm not busy, or write me a note. Talk to me quietly.
Why do we face forward, stay silent, walk, and keep to ourselves in line and in the hallways.
To not distract others from learning and to be good role models.
