She will not ask again and will call Mr. Sam, Mr. Quevedo, or Mr. Van Sant to come in and retrieve your cell phone. She will also be making a phone call home.

Walk in quietly, put your phone in the pockets, find your seat QUIETLY, check the board, get out your materials, and get to work on the entry task. Once the bell rings no one should be talking.

Never interrupt Ms. mackey while she is teaching or helping other students. The best time to ask to go is during your work time, not while Ms. Mackey is teaching.

If you need to borrow headphones or a charger what should you do? Additionally, what may prevent you from not borrowing one?

You will need to take your Charger/Headphone card and put it in the spot of the item you are borrowing. Once you are done you put it back the way you found it and grab your card from the pocket. If you do not have a card you cannot borrow a charger or headphones and will need to ask a friend for one.

What should you make sure to do when the dismissal bell rings?

Wait for Ms. Mackey to let you know when to pack up. Once you are packed up you wait QUIETLY for Ms. Mackey to dismiss you. once you/your table is dismissed you will check that your table basket is organized, you stand up, and push in your chair.

What happens if you are gone in the bathroom for longer than 5 minutes?

You will be at risk of not having bathroom privileges in Ms. Mackey's class for the rest of the week or the next couple of days. If this becomes a recurring issue Ms. Mackey will be calling home to discuss your bathroom usage habits with your family.
