KDCP Absence Request Form
These actions occur when student arrives to school with an unfixable dress code (UDC) violation.
Staff member sends student to office with pass to call home for clothes. If no one can bring, they will rent a uniform (if available). If they refuse to go to office, staff member should put in GL slack for GLC or admin support. Staff member should add deduction in DL.
