How do you find out what math class you need to take? 

Meet with an advisor to talk about math. Math courses depend on your major or end goals.

How do you switch/declare your major? 

To switch/declare your major, you will need to reach out to the advisor over that major. Set up an appointment with that advisor to go over the program requirements and course options. You can find out who the advisor is for a major by visiting the website, www.usu.edu/advisors

You will need to take the ALEKS Placement Exam to be able to register for a math course. College math courses expire after 2 years as a prerequisite.
