Cheerleader: cheerleaders are not concerned with truth. They cheer for their team no matter what the outcome of the game is. They offer positive support, but they don't make the team any better 

Investigator: Does not pick sides. They are more concerned with finding the truth then trying to be supportive. They also tend to work alone, and must see things as unbiased as possible.
