Steps to remove a soft contact lens. 

What is: 

  • Take your middle finger and pull down the bottom eyelid. 
  • Then use your pointer finger and place it on the contact and pull it away from the pupil. 
  • Once it is away from the pupil take your thumb and pinch the lens to remove it. 
  • The contact may be dehydrated so you may need to wet the contact with saline.
