What is the California Cancellation Law Refund Process? What are the guidelines?
If an owner residing, or vacationing, in California makes a non-refundable purchase, such as Credit/Points Protection, it will now need to be refunded back to the owner under this new statute if the reservation was booked at least 72 hours in advance and cancelled less than 24 hours after confirming. When a cancel override cannot be completed, or the reservation involves non-refundable fees, such as Reservation Transactions, Guest Certificates, their fees, or Points Protection, please use the CA Law Refunds form located on the Owner Services Reservations SharePoint.

DIFFERENTIATE PIC PLUS AND PIC EXPRESS CONTRACT
The PIC Express Contract allows a Club Wyndham owner to count their qualified non-Wyndham timeshare week(s) towards their CWP VIP status level. Their qualified non-Wyndham timeshare week(s) are assigned a point value based on the unit size, but the owner does not actually receive the points to use. Instead, they gain the benefit of having a higher total points owner on their account, which allows for an enhanced ownership experience.
The PIC Plus Contract allows a Club Wyndham owner to enroll their qualified non-Wyndham timeshare week(s) and make them a part of the Club Wyndham Plus program. Their qualified non-Wyndham timeshare week(s) are assigned a point value based on unit size, and the owner will have the option to actually use these points towards CWP benefits.
DIFFERENTIATE GUEST CONFIRMATION AND GUEST ALLOWANCE.
Guest Confirmations allow owners to share the experience of their ownership with family and friends. A Guest Confirmation is required when the owner will not be personally checking in and staying in the unit.
Owners may use two guest confirmations per year during the restricted dates when not traveling with their guests. We refer to these as guest allowances.
