You have a problem with a staff member and have tried to resolve it face-to-face with no success. What is your next step?
1. Refer the complaint to the principal; if it is about the principal, refer this to the DEL.
2. The complaint should be put in writing using the staff complaint form.
3. This complaint will then be addressed using the complaints handling process by the principal or an appointed complaint manager. All staff involved in the complaint must keep the information confidential and only discuss the issues raised by the complaint. Staff who raise the complaint must not be subjected to reprisal action.
