Academia
I am currently studying for my Master of Science in Leadership at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide. I hope to further my education so I can be a more competitive job applicant for management pilot positions, e.g. chief pilot, safety manager, etc.
Sailing
I absolutely love being on the water, and due to the expensive nature of sailing, I find ways to volunteer on bigger boats to gain sailing experience with no out of pocket cost.
Eagle Program Award
Commercial Pilot
If awarded the generous D4 Scholarship, I would use the funds to be put toward my fixed-wing commercial certificate.
Air Ambulance
I hope to one day fly as an air ambulance pilot, being able to transport patients and give back to a community that has done so much for me!
Babysitting
Usually a paid activity for most, I adore babysitting free of charge for my cousin's two toddlers. I cannot wait until I am able to take them flying!
Sky Kids
As a representative of the Yavapai Chapter (currently known as Granite Mountain) I volunteered for Sky Kids Arizona, an organization that introduces children with challenging medical conditions to general aviation. Pre-pandemic, I was recognized as a five-time lead aircraft loader.
CFI/CFII
I am fortunate to live near the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) and their aviation program. I have already spoken with their Chief Flight Instructor on working with for UMES as a CFI once completing my training.
Corporate/Utility/and more!
I am willing and interested in all flying opportunities out there to gain the experience and time needed to be eligible for an air ambulance position.
Spending Time with the 99s!
At least once a week I spend time with other 99s, whether it be via virtual video chats or studying together at the FBO. Love a community that is so welcoming.
Granite Mountain Chapter
Previously known as the Yavapai Chapter, I served as Chapter Chairman from 2018 - 2020.
Location
I am currently training at the Bay Land Aviation FBO at KSBY
Dual Rated
I see the value in being a dual rated (fixed wing and rotary) and the career opportunities. I would love to work for a community that requires experience as both.
Game Night
Enjoying the company of friends and laughing while playing board games is one of my favorite pastimes.
Professional Pilot Leadership Initiative (PPLI)
In June 2020 I graduated from the program and have since been volunteering on the PPLI coordination team. Currently serving as the Captain's Circle Lead.
Time Building
I intend to complete time building with friends that fly in the area, as well as with my fellow 99s!
