When only one person is stationed up at the kiosk, they should:
A) Stand only at kiosk 1, never visiting kiosk 2
B) Help kiosk 1 and visit kiosk 2 when available
C) Not be there, they'll figure it out. Fold towels or use the restroom instead.
B!!!! Only few things irritate me more than someone just standing at kiosk 1, especially when it is busy and we're doing the donations. Even worse when it is slow and they just stand there and sometimes wave to the members at kiosk 2.

I know at the last pit we all agreed that we would only write down rewashes in the book, but now they're being watched LIKE A HAWK. Please write down both rewashes and PBS overrides and reasoning. I have to send an email every morning we have over 1.5% of our washes as overrides and it sucks. Subaru QR codes are starting to work on the barcode scanner at the kiosk, but older smaller RFID tags are not scanning for some dumb reason.
When you do a rewash or PBS override, please mark it in the book.
I have an updated PBS override log that will simply ask customer error (not in neutral, etc), employee error (clicked the wrong car), or account error (ceramic upgrade not showing)
