Student is calling and wants to know when move in will be for fall of 2026.
New students can begin moving into the residence halls on August 27th. Returning students can begin moving in on August 30th.
For the apartments:
Western View and Arcadia Flats is August 14th.
Spindler and Stadium is August 28th.
A student wants to know how much they are being charged for the school year. They are assigned to a double room in Henry but want to know how much it would be if they decided to transfer to Valley Oaks once they get on campus.
Their Henry contract will cost them any where from $12,573 to $13,239 depending on their meal plan.
If they were able to move to Valley Oaks, they could pay as low as $14,432 for a double room with a Bronco 14 Meal Plan.
This amount would be prorated based on the date that they move over.

My student signed up for a residence hall room, however they now want to change their assignment, how can they do this?
If there is the ability to change rooms, meaning we are not full, student will receive an email in June about the July room change period. This does not apply to roommate groups, only individuals.
I want to change my meal plan, when and how can I do that?
Meal plan changes for fall can be done in the housing portal up until September 30th.
My student was billed $50, can you please tell me what this was for?
Looking up a students information and sharing what a charge is specifically for with a third party IS a FERPA violation. If you were to say "I can not look up your student's specific charges, they will need to reach out to us directly for that, however, I can say that some examples of charges that could have been applied could be for trash left in the space, lost keys, damage to something in the room, etc."
What cooking supplies can I have in my residence hall?

Student is having roommate issues and is feeling really unsafe. They want to change rooms immediatly. How would they go about doing this?
Room changes do not open up until a couple weeks into the start of each semester. Students will be sent an email with specific room change information. They can also inquire at the hall office.
They can cancel, however, they would be assessed a $400 cancellation fee due to the date they are cancelling.

Can you tell me who my roommates are?
This IS a FERPA violation.
Instead of giving this information, you can tell the person that roommate information will be live in the housing portal starting June 26th.
It's saying I'm not eligible for the apartments, why is that?
The student may not have enough credits, you must be at 26 credits in order to see the apartments. They may have hold(s) preventing them from signing up for housing. If they do not meet the age requirement for Spindler, they also could not see that building.
