No calls are not traced taped or recorded, and if your company allows, you may submit the report anonymously.

Your organization has contracted NAVEX to collect information and report the details to person(s) within your organization, who have a responsibility to honor your wish and protect your anonymity.

I can document any concerns that you would like to relay to the company. We have not been trained to provide advice or counsel and are not permitted to do so.
What three parts must be included when creating a new report from a closed report?

Will the person i am reporting get a copy?

Will they call me? (For Identified Callers)
A: The report will include your name and phone number so the company will be able to contact you. We can also note in the report that you would like a company representative to contact you directly.
Should I remain anonymous or give my name?
If you would like to provide your name and contact information, the company will be able to contact you directly about the report. If you do not feel comfortable providing your name, we can file your report anonymously if your company allows it. In that case, we would refer to you as “the caller” throughout the report, and we will not disclose your gender. We will exchange a report key and password at the end of the call that will allow you to follow-up on the report.
