The price on my MI order does not match the rate and price on my rate quote. Can you help clarify?

Price differences are typically caused by a change in one or more pricing-sensitive data attributes. Ask customer if they recently changed any data fields. Please review both submissions side by side and ensure all fields match on the order/ quote.

Check the following first:

1.Ask if the customer added the Rate Quote ID on their MI Order.

2. # of borrowers

3. Loan Level FICO / Credit

4. DTI

5. Loan Amount

6. Loan Purpose/ Property type

7. LTV/ MI Coverage

8. Amortization Term

9. Zip Code

Escalate to Christene if both Rate Quote and Cert match but pricing is different.

I'm getting an error when trying to submit an order through my LOS. What does it mean?

Ask for Name, Email, Phone #, what LOS they are using, what does the error say and what are they trying to order.

Authentication error/invalid credentials — your Anza credentials in the LOS may have expired or been entered incorrectly.

Data validation error/required field missing — a required loan data field is missing or formatted incorrectly. Review the MISMO data fields required by Anza and ensure your LOS is mapping them correctly.

Eligibility error — the loan scenario does not meet Anza's current product guidelines. Review the error detail; this may require resubmission as Non-Delegated or review by your underwriting team.

Timeout/connection error — a temporary connectivity issue. Retry the submission. If errors persist, check [Anza status page ⚙️].

🔧 > 🔧 CS Note: Do not attempt to diagnose specific API error codes — gather the full error message, the LOS name and version, and the loan reference, then escalate to Integration Engineering.
