One of the essential rules of classroom etiquette is to be respectful. Respect all teachers, adults, and other kids and cooperate with them. You should also respect the differences of others because it enhances feelings of trust, safety, and well-being. Keep in mind that you are an individual student of your school.
If your coach, you, or your mom argues with the ref/umpire the whole game which way will a close call go?
Referees do their best to call games objectively, but they are still human. On a tough call that could go either way, a referee may be more likely to rule in favor of a team whose players (and coaches) have been respectful and focused on fair play throughout the game.
