What are the steps for discharging a family in Qualo?

Complete the open tracking form and answer "No" for any fidelities that are not completed. Generate the Completion Summary Form and complete with the family. Provide the Family Satisfaction Survey to the family. Notify Alicia or Maggie that the CSF has been completed and is ready for review.
