What is the purpose of the FDR Screens?
FDR is a multifaceted system that incorporates many different screen combinations in order to assist our clients. If we are updating cardholder information, reissuing cards, or giving basic account status
BS9 Screen
contains additional general information. You will find the majority of your client verification information on this screen.
CSS
is our statement screen. This screen shows all posted transactions from the previous months’ statement.
