  • Be a registered Status Indian
  • Have a social insurance number
  • Be unemployed or under-employed
  • Provide a letter from an employer stating your new job and start date (for Job Placement Assistance requests)
  • Must not be currently enrolled in a training or educational program
  • Must go through the ISETS Client Cased Management Process
  • Must have an approved action plan
