Hyperbole because no one can actually eat a whole horse. The speaker exaggerates to show they are extremely hungry.

Personification.
Flowers cannot really dance. The author gives the flowers a human action (dancing) to help readers imagine them swaying gently in the wind.
A simile compares two things using these two words
"Like" and "as"
My brother is a rock. What does it mean?
He is strong and dependable.
"It's raining cats and dogs." What does it mean?
It's raining very hard.
"My backpack weighs a ton!"
A backpack does not really weigh a ton. The speaker exaggerates to show that the backpack feels very heavy.
"The sun smiled down on us."
Personification. The sun cannot actually smile. The author gives the sun a human action (smiling) to create a warm, happy feeling.

The speaker has not literally said it a million times. The exaggeration emphasizes frustration because they have repeated the reminder many times.
"The alarm clock screamed at me."
What is personification. Alarm clocks cannot scream. The word screamed is a human action used to show that the alarm was very loud and unpleasant.
