7 Holy Virtues
This virtue allows us to believe in God and the Truths he reveals to us.
What is Faith?
This Sacrament cleanses us of Original Sin, gives Sanctifying Grace, and adopts us as Children of God.
What is Baptism?
In this story, Mary visits Elizabeth as they are both pregnant. St. John jumps in Elizabeth's womb and Mary is declared the Mother of God. Mary is also deemed the new Tabernacle.
What is the Visitation?
This is a celebration of Jesus' birth and our salvation through Jesus.
What is Christmas?
This prophet baptized in the Jordan River. He preached repentance and cried out "make way for the Lord, make straight your paths for him".
Who is John the Baptist?
This virtue allows us to trust in God in all situations.
What is Hope?
In this Sacrament, a husband and wife promise to serve one another in love and help each other grow closer to God.
What is Marraige?
In this parable two sons work for their father, one takes his inheritance, runs away and blows his money. He then returns to his father and is forgiven.
What is the Prodigal Son?
This period is spent on fasting, prayer, and almsgiving in prayer for the Triduum.
What is Lent?
This Saint recognized Jesus as the Messiah when he was presented in the Temple and predicted Jesus' Passion and the world's Salvation.
Who is Simeon (and Anna)?
This virtue allows us to love God above everything and love others for the sake of God. Also known as Love.
What is Charity?
In this Sacrament we repent of our sins and receive God's mercy to change our ways in life.
What is Reconciliation/Confession?
This was the beginning of Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, it is how Jesus explained to us how to direct our hearts towards God.
What are the Beatitudes?
A time spend pondering the end times and the coming of the Lord to save his children. Spent in prayer and almsgiving.
What is Advent?
Vocab: The gift of friendship with God and forgiveness of sins.

This Sacrament gives extras blessings to those close to death.
What is Anointing of the Sick?
This area is where moneychangers where chased out of the Temple by Jesus.
What is the Gentile Quarters/Outer Quarters?
This is a time of a growth where we can build our relationship with God.
What is Ordinary Time?
This Saint organized and wrote down the Mass celebrated by the Early Church.
Who is Saint Justin Martyr?
This virtue allows us to control our desires and resist temptation.
What is Temperance?
This Sacrament is when someone stays devout to only God, serving Him in the Church.
What is Holy Orders?
This is where the Ark of the Covenant was placed when the Hebrews wandered the desert for 40 years. It is now where the Eucharist rests during mass.
What is the Tabernacle?
This is the name for Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter Sunday.
What is the Triduum?
This Saint was shown God's Divine Mercy and introduced the Chaplet of Divine Mercy as requested by God.
What is St. Faustina?
This Virtue allows us the persevere when following God is hard.

This man was the leader of the Israelites after Moses. He led the Israelites through the Jordan River into the Promised Land.

Easter is a 49 day celebration of Jesus' Resurrection. The end of Easter is marked by this day when the Holy Spirit came upon the Apsotles.

This Saint was given the Scapular as a promise between Mary and the Church.
