Monitor BP, HR, weight, SOB, edema, diet (low Sodium), do not discontinue abruptly, diabetes (monitor glucose)

Relaxes smooth muscles in airway and constricts blood vessels

Calming effect effect, decreases anxiety and seizures
What is Lorazepam?
Active TB, Fungal Infections, Herpes Simplex Virus, caution in diabetes.
What is Methylprednisolone?
Torsades de pointe, Sweating, dry mouth, suicidal thoughts, serotonin syndrome, labile BP, neuromuscular aberrations
What is Sertraline?
Avodi caffeine, low sodium levels can cause toxicity, diet should consist of moderate sodium intake and should properly hydrate 2-3 L per day. Compliance with bloodwork every 2 months

Prevents the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin and fibrinogen to fibrin

Patients with epilepsy (decreases seizure threshold), renal impairment
