After the death of Mohammed in the 7th century, the Islamic people split into two separate groups in deciding who should be in power. The two groups were known as the Shia and the Sunni Islam. The Shia people wanted the power to stay in the family line of Mohammed, while the Sunnis wanted the power to go to the most qualified. They both began practicing different beliefs and traditions which also led to great violence as well.

The Mongols had several advanced battle and traveling strategies such as traveling light and using military tactics. They were also very intelligent and became very invested in the bow and arrow. The bow became their primary source of weaponry along with catapults as well. They also traveled lightly in case of any attacks or if they needed to move quickly they would have less baggage to worry about.

Babur, the founder of the Mughals, conquered a lot of India and also Delhi, but after his death, his son, Akbar, became a much more powerful leader and continued his father's expansion. Although Babur managed to invade India and conquer Delhi, Akbar took control of most of India and expanded the empire as well. The Mughal Empire was the greatest empire in India during Akbar's time. Unlike Babur, Akbar was much more accepting to other people even if they didn't share the same ideas. In fact, he even married a Hindu woman.

The explorers on the ships during the 15th century faced many challenges while at sea making discoveries such as poor weather conditions and poor sanitation. Poor sanitation on the ships led to the rapid spread of many diseases and caused many people to die on the ships. Deaths were also caused by poor weather conditions such as storms causing the ships to wreck.

Explain the skepticism that came to the people from the Scientific Revolution during the Enlightenment period. 

The Scientific Revolution introduced an entirely new idea of religion and beliefs to the people and made people question everything they thought they believed in. The shifts of reason over tradition and individualism over community values became known as the Enlightenment. It introduced that natural science and reason could explain every aspect of life. It also brought the idea that man's intellect is separate from God. The center place of enlightenment took place in Paris.
