how do you make scrambled eggs

Ingredients:
Salt, Pepper, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp water, 2 Tbsp half n half or heavy cream, Taco sauce, GREEN Tabasco
Directions:
first crack both eggs in a bowl with the cream and water, mix with a med-large fork until the water and cream is incorporated, and when all clear white bits are gone. then add to a already heated pan. wait for a few seconds until the egg just starts to cook, use a silicone spatula to mix the egg, it should look like the egg is turning into little curd-like bits. continue this until its all cooked. transfer to a plate, add salt, pepper, drizzle taco sauce on it as well as SPECIFICALLY GREEN TABASCO, IT IS OBJECTIVELY BETTER. Then eat and enjoy.
