Place the sign in front of the door. Let the residents know to return in the next 30 minutes to an hour. You can refer them to the ARC.

Check ID, ask for the tracking number and verify on Emailed Package log, find the package in emailed package section, log in and out in the front, reiterate to resident to put the correct information, wish them a good day

Treating ballots as though they are packages. Log into Notifii, write "Ballot in the "tracking number" section, and write "folder" in the "shelf" section. Place in corresponding letter mail section.

Turn off all TVs and ceiling fans, send a message over the speakers at 10:50 PM, turn off music and put JBL speakers away, conduct a walk-around the center, fill out the CommLog, log off the laptop and place on the charger, turn off the lights, close fitness door.

What do you do if a resident says that they have filled out the waiver but they are NOT on the approved waiver list?

Fill out the waiver inquiry!!! The resident can fill out another waiver, make sure to tell them to fill it out the correct waiver (18+ or under 18) and with their UCI email. We will get back to them in about 3 business days.
