Finance members are responsible for highlighting missing signatures on these documents and filing it by check number once it’s complete.
What is paperwork?
Clubs must fill this out first: in order to borrow a cash box with starting change (after already requesting it), and second: when returning a cash box.
What is a sign in/out sheet?
What is school merch, Homecoming tickets, letterman patches, etc.?

What is a concessions report?
Clubs submit this form BEFORE any money is spent
What is a prior approval?
Clubs will often use these specific methods/events to raise money.
What are food fair and snap raise?
At Otay, specifically, a finance member works the finance register at these times.
What is nutrition break, lunch, and afterschool?
This finance duty is most likely to deal with larger sums of money.
What is a close out?
ASB's version of a withdraw slip
What is a check request?
It is the finance members responsibility to do this upon receiving a cash box from a club
What is recounting the money and verifying that the money matches with the deposit sheet?
A finance member MUST do/ look at this before selling any ticket to a student.
What is a filled out permission slip/ non-privilege list.
These two sources of money should never mix.
