Date when high school seniors need to officially declare what college they will attend or may risk losing their spot.

If your college provided MORE financial aid than you technically needed to cover the cost of tuition, fees, room and board, etc. you may receive this? (But beware - it may mean you borrowed more in loans than you needed.)
