First you would locate the customers order in the system to know the size and the exact product, then have the customer fill out the RMA sheet including their name, phone number, address, email, P/U or ship to, and signature. Next you would fill out the product details and hand the customer a yellow copy as a receipt. Next you would add all the information into airtable, take a photo of the item and re-kit it with the UPC label on the product and include the RMA form in a larger bag labels "ISC FINE REPAIRE- CUSTOMERS NAME - ATTN BRENNA." Lastly, create a UPS label and make sure to include Fine Jewelry Repair in Reference #2.
