Answer loudly and clearly.
Should you throw your trash away?
No. Your safety is more important than a clean table.
Can we help others?
Yes. It is ok to hold someone's hand who is close to you to walk out safely and quickly.

Why do we practice fire drills?
To know how to stay safe if there is a fire.
Staff will say that you are present.
What should you bring with you outside?
What do we do if we hear an alarm or staff yell "FIRE!"?
Stop what you are doing and follow staff.

Stay low to the ground, cover your nose and follow the staff.

Stay quiet and listen for your name.

No, it is important for staff to be able to help others if help is needed.
What if you are in the bathroom?
Stop what you are doing and exit the building with staff.
What if an exit is blocked?
Go to the nearest exit.
Are fire drills a game?
No. It helps to prepare everyone for a real emergency.
Why is attendance important?
It let's the staff know who is safe and who may still be in the building and need help.
Should I go to a different room during a fire drill?
No, the only place you have to go is outside to the meeting spot.
What if you need help?
Staff will help you.
