How do you treat a fishhook wound when the hook is very stuck in your skin.

If there is no barb use the boy scout handbook way of solving it will work. Push down on where you tie the hook. Tie a string to the bottom of the hook and pull in the direction that would drive the hook out. Chances are that will not work and you will need to force the hook all the way through to then break the barb. You may not be able to do this depending on where it is on your body.
