1. Glove up
2. Get tissues or guaze to stop bleeding from spreading.
3. Have guest pinch the bridge of their nose and lean FORWARD
4. Check every 5 mins and replace bloody tissue until no more bleeding
5. If bleeding gets worse or does not stop CALL 911.

1. Position guest on their back if possible concussion or fainting and limit head.

3. Check for any injuries that may have occurred on the way down
4. Loosen restrictive clothing
5. If guest vomits place in recovery position
6. Provide supplemental oxygen
7. Call 911 if guest remains unconscious or has other life-threatening emergencies.
