Tell someone to call 911 and get an AED.  Tell the parent you are training in first aid and ask if you can help the child.  Give someone else the task of getting all of the people out of the way. Make sure there is nothing around the child that can hurt them (
displays etc).  Place somethings soft under their head if it's safe to do so.  Once they are finished, place them in the recovery position and ask the parent questions (secondary survey)
