What is personal responsibility?
Owning up to being responsible for myself.
Do I need to raise my hand?
Ideally we learn to have adult conversation where we wait for an opening and say our piece. We hold our tongue if we've already answered and try to give space for others to answer. I don't raise my hand while someone is talking, it shows I'm not listening.
