This is how students get the teacher's attention.
What is raising his/her hand?
This is when you are permitted to leave the classroom.
When is when you have Dr. Karren's permission to leave the classroom? (Bathroom, clinic, dismissal, etc.)

This is when Dr. Karren assigns extra credit and/or gives extra points for an assignment.

The BEST time to go to the water fountain, go the restroom, and/or leave the classroom if it's not an emergency.
When is after the first ten (10) minutes of class?
This is when students are allowed to use his/her electronic device, cell phone, etc. in the classroom.
When is never according to Pinellas County School Board. (It is a district rule found in the Student Code of Conduct)

Where is the work is turned in by the end of the class period for Dr. Karren to grade?

Who is the principal?
Having supplies (paper, pencil, etc.) out and ready to learn for the day.
What are signs of being prepared for the day and/or lesson?
This is the number of times a student can be tardy BEFORE the teacher contacts home (phone or email).
What is one? A student will be consulted after the first tardy PRIOR to contacting home.
A positive or negative contact (phone call or email) home.
When is Dr. Karren randomly selects a student at the end of class?
This is where students can use his or her PBIS points to earn a variety of items.

This is where I sit in Dr. Karren's class.
What is wherever he tells me to sit (the first time he tells me)?
These are steps Dr. Karren takes prior to writing an administrative referral which then the administrators will have the discussion with the student.
What are minor infractions? *Some infractions might result in immediate referral (fighting, skipping, illegal substances, etc.)
