How do you get to mentoring groups and how do you get home?

You can walk or get a ride. Parents can drive, or Miss Susie can pick you up. Pick ups are at 5:30pm at the old building, and drop offs are after 8pm

This is a once-a-month trip to the Whitehall Library that any student can go to, as long as they behave

Mentors agree to keep most things from group confidential except for reasons about the law. What does confidential mean?

Confidential means secret. They won't tell your secrets to others outside of group meetings. But, if they learn about something illegal happening in your home, they have to report it.

When can students do homework at the Family Center?

From 3:30-6pm every day. Not during group from 6-8pm!

Why is it important to not be mean to other students (with words or actions) during group?

1. Because we want group to be a place where everyone feels comfortable and included

2. Because it's just a good way to live your life

Is there unlimited money to buy supplies for group meetings?

No, every group has a $40 budget per month!
