What should you look like during independent reading time?
Staying in one spot for the whole time.
If I have read a book over and over again and I know it by heart, what kind of book is that?
It is a too easy book.
What is the answer to

The answer is 50.
What is the first thing we do when we get a paper?
You put your first and last name at the top.

This means we should be honest and always tell the truth.
What kind of reading should we be doing?
Real Reading is happening
If I can read a page and I only miss a couple of words, what kind of book is that?
It is a Just Right Book.
If we are rounding and the number to the right is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, what do we do?
We keep the number the same.
When we all work together, what is that called?
It is called Teamwork.
It means we should never give up.
What kind of book should I be reading?
I should be reading a JUST RIGHT BOOK.
If I have to sound out every other word on a page, what kind of book is it?
It is a TOO CHALLENGING BOOK.
If we are rounding and the number to the right is 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, what do we do?
We round the number up 1.
What shouldn't we bring to school?
We shouldn't bring toys to school.

We should love everyone.
How long should we be able to read?
We should be able to read for at least 20 minutes.
It is a TOO EASY Book.
What do we do if we are subtracting and the number on the bottom is bigger than the top?
We have to regroup or borrow.
What does it look and sound like when we line up?
We should be in a single file line on voice level zero.

It means we should be gentle with one another in love.
What word means to be able to read longer & longer?
What kind of book is "HARRY POTTER" for most of us in 4th and 5th grade?
It is a TOO CHALLENGING book.

It is called the thousandth place.
What is our most important job at North Road Academy?
Being a Leader is our most important job.

It means we should be noble following God's word, holding it in our heart and sharing with others.
