The value individuals place on exercise relates to external influences, including past experiences, level of enjoyment, the importance individuals place on physical and mental health and availability of facilities and services.

 If you  are treating a wound that is protruding from the skin e.g a knife or glasses imbedded in the body what do you do? (be specific - what type of bandage etc)

You follow DRSABCD - make sure everyone is out of danger first. 

Then DONT pull out the foreign object, and you would create a donut bandage to apply around the wound/ object.

Low/ Light intensity - going on a light walk, cleaning the house 

Moderate intensity - washing the car or going for a swim

You have a a friend who has just fallen off a surfboard and has been dumped by a wave, you have found them at the edge of the water and not conscious or breathing, and you are worried about them hitting their head on the sand bank. What do you do?

- Send for help

- make sure the patient and you are out of danger. 

- You need to move the patient away from the water - but carefully as they might have a suspected spinal injury (you mist keep their neck and spine as stabilised and still/strait as possible).

- Then Follow DRSABCD - Cpr until help arrives

 You are talking to someone and they all of a sudden start having a severe and serious seizure (how do you know its a seizure, what are the symptoms), what do you do?

Symptoms; Rigid body, tightened jaw, some mouth frothing, loss of bladder and bowels, loss of conciseness.  

- you need to follow DRSABCD

- Place in recovery position

- Remove any dangerous objects near them or in the near area

- You never try to stop them, or go anywhere near their mouth
