1 Cadet Goal 

Start the StellarXplorers Leadership Development Requirement (LDR) by October 15 and build it into a functioning competitive team of at least 12 cadets actively participating in practices and competitions by May 15, demonstrating increased STEM engagement and AFJROTC program involvement.

Ensure the cadet corps maintains an average score of 85% or higher on all AFJROTC quizzes and exams throughout the 2025–2026 school year, showing improved academic performance and subject mastery

Host a teacher appreciation lunch for the faculty during Teacher Appreciation Week (May 2026) to recognize and thank all school staff, resulting in at least 90% faculty participation and positive feedback.

Execute a Military Awareness Week by January 31, 2026, to educate at least 80% of Connections classes on military service through presentations, activities, and cadet-led discussions. We will add AFJROTC specific information with a hope to recruit 10 new cadets. All cadets will wear military appreciation shirts on a designated day for a uniform grade.


Partner with the SGA to co-host a school-wide food drive in the spring semester, collecting at least 250 canned goods by TBD for donation to a local food bank, improving cadet civic involvement and food security in the community.
