You and your whole group has to come up here and show us the breathing excersise 

1.Breathe in slowly and deeply, pushing your stomach out so that your diaphragm is put to maximal use.

2.Next your going to want to hold your breath for 20-30 secs

3.Then your going to Exhale slowly and try to be relaxed as much as you can

4.Last your going to  Repeat the entire sequence five 2 times, concentrating on breathing deeply and slowly.
