Use two hands (or assistance) to remove.

When should you lend out the weighted vest?
This is for PT clients only.
We cannot allow all patrons to use, they will wear out quickly.
We need to be consistent in this.

Ensure your device is charged before you come or bring a charger.

Take their name, ask them to leave & add to tracker.
What do you do if you see a patron entering the elevator during an evacuation?
Advise them we cannot use in emergencies.
Assist them down the stairs.
What do you do/say if someone doesn't have the correct footwear in fitness centre?
Ask if they have clean indoor athletic footwear.
If not they must leave.
Either way, log in tracker.
What do you do if you check the washrooms first thing and find them dirty/messy?
Use damaged equipment form & take a photo.
There is a missing persons call over the radio, what do you do?
Meet at front desk.
Follow instructions.
Search designated area.
Radio when area is clear (or if person is found)
