Grasp your ankle and gently pull your heel up back until you feel a stretch in the front of your thigh
Quad Pulls: 10 seconds on each side
Stand upright with hands by your side and as you jump spread your arms and legs
Jumping Jacks: 20
Lift left arm up and behind right shoulder and hold. Repeat with other arm
Overhead Stretch: 5 seconds on each side
Get into a plank position and pull each knee into the chest one at a time
Mountain Climbers: 10 on each side
One leg is positioned forward with knee bent and foot flat on the ground. Repeat on each leg
Lunges: 5 on each side
Lift your right arm and left foot and raise your knee as high as your hip. Repeat with opposite arm and leg
High Knees: 15 seconds
Lift arms from your side to be in the air. Move in a circle
Arm Circles: 20 seconds forwards & backwards

Water Break
Bend knees pressing hips back and as you rise you jump off the ground
Jump Squats: 10
Jump as high as possible and land into a squat. Come down and drop into a plank position
Burpees: 5
Go into a plank position and lower body until arm make a 90 degree angle and lift body back up
Push Ups: 10
Jump as high as possible and land into a squat. Come down and drop into a plank position
Burpees: 15
