His brother helping Afton scare him to make him afraid of the animatronics so he wouldn’t go near them. His brother Michael got 3 to help force Evan into an animatronic suit, which clamped shut on him due to his crying, causing his death.

Henry Emily created them and made them look more friendly and fun to bring people back to fazbear entertainment after people were scared of the missing children cases. He gave them facial recognition to ensure that if William Afton tried to come in, he would be seen, and could be removed to keep his children safe.
What is Ennard, why was it made, and how does it relate to Michael?
A combination of all the Funtime Animatronics who killed themselves to form together and become something stronger capable of escaping. Ennard climbed into Michael’s dead body to look like a human and escape.
How did William Afton die?
The souls of the kids he killed became free and Afton jumped into a springlock suit to try and scare them off, but a drop of water from the ceiling hit his suit and it caused a springlock failure, killing him.

Why was the puppet made, how did it fail it’s job, and how does it end up in the rain with a trash bag?
To protect Charlie from Afton, and after something heavy was placed on its box to keep it closed, Afton killed Charlie and got away. The puppet eventually breaks free of its box and attempts to save Charlie. It walks outside and through the rain, slowly being broken down, and finds Charlie dead in a trash bag.
What happened to Michael’s body?
After it decomposed, Ennard left Michael’s body and jumped into the sewer, but not having killed his father yet, Michael’s soul got back up alone and kept going.
