Ball will be awarded to the offense at the spot of the foul, and will be awarded a first down. Ball spotted at 5 yard line if foul occurred in the end zone.

The penalties cancel themselves out and the down is replayed.

The defense keeps the ball because the foul was committed after the interception, but a 5 yard penalty for flag guarding SOF is enforced.
