What flake calls are audited and what can they see in this audit?

All the flake calls are audited.

We can see everything: Number dialed, RingCentral status for each call, time and length of the calls, the time between calls, incoming calls, follow-ups, etc.

1. Move the calendar invite to the requested time.

2. If you don't have time, answer the call and explain that you can't take the review now and follow up via email for a future booking.

1. If you have time during the verification: send a customized email using the snippet: #company being reviewed.

2. If you don't have time: you request that information during the call before starting the recoding.

1. Send a customized email requesting the correct number/area code.

2. If there is a reference node, you can look for the location and find the area code on google.

3. If nothing helps, YOU CALL one time anyways on time and log the flake.

1. Request reschedule date and time and duplicate the calendar invite.

2. If the reviewer is not sure: you send a customized flake email: Thank you for speaking with me earlier today, we would still like to collect your review...
