How many times can an ETW visit the Nike Company Store while on assignment?
ETW’s can visit the store once a month while on assignment, starting the first of the month after they start- ex. ETW starts on May 19th, will be eligible to visit the store June 1st. Suppliers may visit the store once a quarter.

A supplier submits three candidates and would like to submit an additional, what should they do?
Reach out to the MSP to request additional slots. Additional slots will be issued based on need.

What is the name of the form the supplier fills out when an ETW ends at Nike?
The Off-boarding Form.

Can PRO Unlimited or NIKE provide any documentation as it relates to an ETW’s Visa application process?
No. This should come from the employer of record as they are the Visa Sponsor.

Does the 2080 LOS reset if an ETW rolls over to a new assignment?
No. A 90 day break in service from Nike must occur for the 2080 to reset. If an ETW moves to another assignment prior to taking a 90 day break, they are still held to the original 2080.

Contact the FLEX team, do not have the Manager look into the issue. The FLEX team will reach out to Security to get the issue resolved.

Can a supplier work directly with an ETW’s Manager to negotiate a pay increase?
No. Pay rate negotiations are routed through the FLEX team. Supplier should obtain a justification from the ETW, provide it to the MSP on the request, and the MSP will communicate with the Manager.

When should the ETW enter their final hours in FLEX?
The ETW should enter final hours on the last day of their assignment. If they are unable to, the supplier may enter hours on the ETW’s behalf.

Our pay period runs Mon-Sun. Time must be entered into WAND each week by Sunday at midnight.

Can an ETW apply for FTE roles while on assignment?
Yes. It must be from the external jobs site, not from Nike’s internal site and this must be done on their own time (not during working hours). We encourage 100% visibility between the employer of record and FLEX.

How does a supplier confirm that they have received receipts for an expense?
From the WAND homepage, click on billing, click confirm expense, and click the radio button ‘Rcpt Rec’.

An ETW wants to work at Nike again but has reached 2080 worked hours. How long a break must they take before they can be submitted to another requisition in FLEX?
