This does not need a KR.

If a customer sends it in and it's uploaded to the PAS, UW will be automatically notified to review; they will add the credits and alert the customers regarding an increase/decrease.

If the Wind Mit hasn't already been uploaded, please upload it to the PAS and transfer the email containing the Wind Mit to the UW Support Queue.
