Clean bottom to top, start with mirrors, clean stall walls, baby changing station. Clean the sinks and toilets and make sure toilets are completely clean under all lids and at the base. Scrub the floors where required and make sure all trash is swept up. Take out the trash, including diaper bins and feminine hygiene bins.

No running, no tag, no double bouncing, no kicking dodgeballs, no horseplay, no foul language, staying of the net in nets course, must be certified for super tramps and must have wristband.
What are the party hosts responsibilities when hosting a birthday party?
Setting up, checking in, assisting with all party needs and clean up. Along with maintaining good customer service and providing a good experience for all guests.

What are the rules and requirements to use the super tramp?
There is no age limit, it is based on ability level. Ability level must be determined by a certified fly high trainer. Once certified only one at a time on the trampoline and/or pads.
Who's responsibility is it to ensure that all closing duties are completed correctly and thoroughly?
It's every employees job to make sure all closing processes are done whether or not you are signed up for them. No one is leaving unless all the chores are done or you have permission from the manager on duty.
What should a good floor rotation look like?
30 minutes or more on the floor keeping most of the staff on the floor except to help front desk get caught up.
What does the $100 deposit cover in a birthday party?
The $100 deposit reserves the table for the party and comes with all table settings (table cover, large plates, small plates, napkins, cups, plastic utensils and water bottles for each kid)

If an individual is injured and they decline an ambulance call, what are your next steps as an employee?
If an ambulance call is declined, employees need to wait with the injured person until the injured persons friends or family can help to remove the individual. Fly High Team Members DO NOT move injured guests.

If the building is on fire or flooded, what steps do you take?
Evacuate the building and make sure all customers are aware of the situation. Call emergency services, explain the situation quickly and promptly. If anyone else is there have them call management at the same time and wait a safe distance away from the building for emergency services to arrive.
When using the facility after hours, you must...
Inform Chris ahead of time to ensure nothing is going on, facility rent outs ect. and inform him day of the times you will be using the facility along with he amount of people that will be with you. No drinking, no drugs, no stealing and no one but staff in the office. Everyone jumping still needs to have a valid waiver. Failure to comply with any of these rules will lead to immediate termination.
What are all the details you need to get from a party parent when completing a confirmation call?
Date, time, birthday kiddos name, amount of kids, colors, if the party is paying for socks, add ons such as balloons, pizza, soda and cotton candy and give them their party ID number for waiver completion.
