When might you need to recruit more Constituent Leads than the identified goal?
When you have very few nominated candidates in your riding and in the ridings of your Constituent Leads. The ultimate goal is to send 16 emails to politicians, and if you only have 10 emails sent with 3 CL's, you'll want to have more join!

Once they've been interviewed, get in touch with Ainsley to let them know they're confirmed. Let the CL know not to send any emails until they've connected with Ainsley.
