False. You can (and should) exit Jackie. She is working full-time which means she will be a "positive" exit. You can continue to meet with Jackie monthly after you complete the closure forms. From Jackie's perspective, nothing changes. You will continue to provide support as she needs it. As she becomes more confident, you can reduce frequency of your meetings (as long as she maintains progress).

This is incorrect because 3/31/2028 is the SHRED AFTER date. The archive date is always the last date of the program quarter, 1 year from the exit date. The correct archive date is 3/31/2024.

- Make sure all quarters are printed with documentation if needed.
- Print follow-up notes for files.
- Check the Follow-up Completed box on the file sticker.
- Place in the correct quarter follow-up box.
Time management is so important in follow-up and the supervisor is going to block off time for you to focus on follow-up. Take a moment to create a To-Do list for your first Follow-up Friday.
