What question would you ask if a customer is concerned about our billing being secure?

What happens if an online payment fails?
You as the admin will get a notification as well as the parents when a payment fails. If that parent is on autopay they will have to login manually to make a payment because our system only tries to draft the account once. You can also pull a report on all failed payments.

How will we be charged for processing fees if we do not pass them along to families?
Stripe will automatically pull the processing fee from the submitted payment. For example, if you charge a family $100 and they are paying via ACH, $99.10 will be deposited into your bank account. The $0.90 ACH processing fee will be deducted from the payment.

What is a good rebuttal for a YMCA/CHURCH/HOSPITAL?
You’re not the only one!
Many centers had this decision made for them decades ago… BW didn’t even exist then!
This transition will make your life easier, parents’ lives easier, and even the billing office’s life easier!
You should be the one making the decisions about your billing.
You’re the one impacted the most and have the choice to change things.

-Why do parents like to pay in person? Is there a perceived advantage?

-Do you need to be present to run that for them each time?
-Can anyone at the center do and is it only at specific times?
-What if someone can’t find their card; and forgets to pay on time?

Is your system integrated with Quickbooks or can I easily transfer the information?
No, our system is not integrated with Quickbooks. You can however take the information from brightwheel and upload a CSV file into Quickbooks (with the appropriate extensions). Most centers will keep their invoices in Quickbooks and manually mark them as paid using brightwheel reports.
