FALSE  --  Vision insurance is used for routine eye examinations. Medical is only used for medical diagnosis. They will not pick up for anything routine related.

Print welcome form, pull and check insurance benefits, confirm insurance info is attached, verify spelling of patient name / DOB / address / phone number, make the technician's aware of the add on, make all necessary notes in patient's chart of why they are coming in for the appointment.
