These are the differences between scheduling a peer appointment and an appt with FT staff.

This is a common reason why students have login problems when they try to access handshake using an email.

- They recently started/ended a job on campus
- They're new and their HS profile isn't available until after add/drop of their first term.
- They're using a non-UNF email, but they're already in the system as a current student under their UNF email.
